I had an mm30 that got stolen…. used to to patch a roof hole… damn near impossible to cut out with a jigsaw, got a square cut around the hole, screwed in some 2×4 on the edges, patched with a replacement 1/2 in ply 2 foot square, really nice tight fit. did a great job

I have this tool it’s great. I couldn’t believe how handy it is my brother asked me to buy it as he was helping me redo a bath and putting in another bath. It’s great for molding and for use to relief cut in tight areas glad to see you positive review.
